With more than 27-years working for blue chip organisations, it’s fair to say we’ve seen a thing or two.
We started KEPAGA after working together on a large-scale Agile transformation. Our call to action was as a result of continually encountering talented professionals who really wanted to make a difference but were often fatigued and frustrated and the wheels kept spinning. It was obvious that the same old thinking was not going to cut the mustard. Learn from the past for sure but let’s make the world of work a better one.
